Marketing Methods – That Your Moma Never Revealed
Okay, a couple of things need to be stated before I come down to business. Initially, it is necessary to me that I try to exercise what I preach as much as possible. This is not always the case and for that I am at times unhappy with myself. With that in mind, I am an individual who believes in open interaction. I do not as if hidden agendas. I also care about the goodness of people and try to give individuals the benefit of the doubt. Likewise, I believe that in order to care about people, dangers have to be taken in order for mutual regard to have a chance to grow. With that in mind I am going to take a danger and hope that nobody abuses it, however appreciates a goal of mine and attempts not to weaken it.
The objective: I wish to create a word and have it allowed into the Oxford English Dictionary. There are a couple of criteria that have to be fulfilled to successfully go into a word in the OED, which you can examine on your own, however I believe that I have my method and word all ready. Exactly what I’m trusting is that exactly what I’m about to share will not be taken by somebody else, thus supplanting a dream I’ve had for a long time. I’m going to inform you my concept and I hope that you value it, however that it stays my concept to pursue and become a truth.
Among the requirements for the OED is that a word with a similar meaning does not exist. Or simply puts, there have to be need for the word. That’s tough, however I believe I have it. The English language has no word that means “An individual or thing that is one’s least chosen. A person or thing that is one’s most disliked.” This is essentially the opposite of “preferred”. We can understand throughout, however we have no single word that encapsulates “most disliked” with the performance that “favorite” has for “many chosen or loved”. The word I think can solve this linguistic space is “malrite”.
This surprises me, as languages have the tendency to establish words that they have to reveal. It appears to me that in the history of English speaking countries there has been enough broad hostility and localized apathy, jealously and maliciousness to have a need to develop this word. However, I started to doubt the need for such a word, until I began looking into online marketing techniques.
Aside from my individual psychotic ranting on online advertising techniques, I wasn’t actually sure exactly what the public felt about the concern and I definitely wasn’t sure if the market itself offered any factor to consider to it. Then I ran across a post headlined “The Most Hated Marketing Techniques”. Wow, if there ever was need to charge my pursuit of “malrite”, I have actually found it. This was a post that looked into a study that analyzed individuals’s malrite aspects of online advertising. However, the entire thing played itself out awkwardly as it did not have a proper word to describe the disgust, ridicule and hatred felt by the research’s volunteers. This article suggested to me that the truth of the matter is that in life we all have our preferred and malrite things, and we have to have the ability to articulate that.
